JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor outgoing and incoming invoices in accordance with accounting regulations; input data into accounting software; check the validity, legality, and accuracy of invoices and documents.
• Track revenue, prepare monthly cost reports and business performance reports.
• Reconcile debts and goods with customers/suppliers.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse staff to control goods.
• Prepare payable plans and debt projections.
• Check and reconcile monthly/quarterly tax declarations.
• Handle banking transactions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate work efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from College/University majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar General Accountant position.
• Careful, enthusiastic, hardworking, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as MISA. Ability to read and understand English.
• Willing to commit and work long-term with the company.

WORKING HOURS

From Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) and alternate Saturdays.
